Today, it is proudly operated by Lischnitz De Boheme Ltd., under the leadership of Lady Gia Lischnitz, a world-renowned breeder, trainer, psychologist, and behaviorist.

As demand for Lischnitz Kennels’ exceptional dogs continues to rise, we are set to expand our operations with a significant investment in additional locations worldwide. This will enable us to meet the demand for our elite puppies and trained dogs while continuing to offer exceptional service and world-class breeding programs.
New Locations:
Scotland: Our flagship location in the stunning Scottish Highlands, where our puppies are raised in a natural, serene environment. This setting allows puppies to thrive with the best possible start to their lives, receiving basic obedience training and preparing to attend their first dog show before leaving the country.
France: A new location in a beautiful family castle, surrounded by breathtaking nature. This picturesque setting will enable us to further expand the number of litters we produce while maintaining our high standards.
USA – Florida: A state-of-the-art facility in sunny Florida to cater to the growing demand for Lischnitz dogs in the USA.
USA – North Idaho: A second facility in North Idaho, offering the same commitment to excellence and providing access to the exceptional bloodlines of Lischnitz Kennels.

Puppies bred at Lischnitz Kennels in the Scottish Highlands enjoy a unique advantage:
They can leave the country at 3 months plus 21 days, not before, meeting international regulations for rabies vaccinations. This ensures that each puppy is ready to join its forever home with the following benefits:
- Basic Obedience Training with Diploma: Each puppy receives training in basic obedience, which significantly eases the transition to their new home.
- First Dog Show Participation: Puppies are prepared to and can attend their very first dog show before leaving, giving them a head start and boosting their confidence.
- Healthy and Socialized: Raised in an enriching environment, puppies are accustomed to both other dogs, people and other animals, ensuring they are well-socialized and health-checked.
In addition to these advantages, puppies are not available for export before the age of 3 months and 21 days, in accordance with strict rabies regulations. As part of our expansion, we are opening the French location and two additional sites in the USA to increase our capacity and allow for even greater global reach.
Medical Alert, Assistance, and Service Dogs
Lischnitz Kennels has built a global reputation for training highly specialized Medical Alert, Assistance, and Service Dogs. These dogs are trained to perform life-saving tasks and provide emotional support for individuals with medical conditions and disabilities. Each dog undergoes extensive training, and only the most exceptional dogs are selected for this critical role.
Hunting Dog Training & Testing
Lischnitz Kennels has a legacy of breeding and training elite hunting dogs. This year, we are expanding our offerings to include the Wirehaired Pointing Griffon, a versatile breed that excels in both water and land hunting. Dogs undergo comprehensive working tests and field trials, earning certifications and accolades that reflect their extraordinary skills.
Family Companions
In addition to service and working dogs, Lischnitz Kennels breeds exceptional family pets. We are introducing Jack Russell Terriers, Beagles and Wirehaired Pointing Griffon to our existing Weimaraners (both varieties), Malinois and Bloodhound to our breeding program, focusing on traits that make these dogs perfect companions for families.
Weimaraners: Known for their loyalty, intelligence, and versatility, Weimaraners bred at Lischnitz Kennels are considered the best in the world, holding multiple champion titles in dog shows and working trials. Jetro, one of our top Weimaraner studs, holds numerous titles and exemplifies the excellence of Lischnitz Kennels.
